At STAUD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 21 days of the fulfillment date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
